These Terms and Conditions govern the ‘Moonpig x Mamma Mia! Anniversary prize draw run by Moonpig.com Limited . Please read them carefully. By entering into the Prize Draw, all Participants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINED WORDS: In these Terms and Conditions, a bold or capitalised word has a particular meaning. These relevant words can be found in brackets after their meaning. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to Moonpig. Any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to any Participant of the Prize Draw and these references may be used interchangeably.
The Parties:
The promoter is Moonpig.com Limited of Herbal House, whose registered office is at 10 Back Hill, London, England, EC1R 5EN (Moonpig).
A participant refers to any entrant of the Prize Draw (the Participant(s)).
The Prize Draw:
The title of this Prize Draw is “Moonpig x Mamma Mia! 25th Anniversary Prize Draw” (the “Prize Draw”).
The promotion is open from 00:00 GMT 07.03.2024 (the “Opening Date”) until 23:59 GMT 17.03.2024 (the “Closing Date”).
Entry Mechanics:

Moonpig may change dates referred to in these Terms & Conditions where, at Moonpig’s sole discretion, such a change is reasonably necessary. Such changes will be notified on Moonpig’s website or social media pages such as Instagram or Facebook (“Social Media Pages”)
Moonpig accepts no responsibility for Prize Draw entries not successfully completed or not received by Moonpig due to a technical fault or technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry per customer account. All subsequent entries will be disregarded.
You must not create multiple email accounts in order to enter the promotion more than once per person. Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts to enter the promotion or using automated entries or other programmes will be found in breach of these terms and excluded from the promotion, and all such entries will be disqualified. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter into the Prize Draw, Participants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Participants must not be employees or associated persons of Moonpig, Shine Creative Solutions or its affiliated companies, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw, and this also includes members of their immediate families and households.
In entering the Prize Draw, all Participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any Prize they may win.
Moonpig may reasonably require all Participants to provide proof that they meet the eligibility requirements for this Prize Draw.
Moonpig reserves the right to disqualify any Participants if Moonpig believes, at its sole discretion, that any Participant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
The Prize:
There will be a total of 1 (one) winning Participant in this Prize Draw (referred to as the “Winner”).
The Prize Draw is being run by Moonpig as the Promoter.
Shine Creative Solutions will provide the Promoter for the promotion Moonpig x Mamma Mia! 25th Anniversary (the “Promotion”) with one (1) prize package consisting of two (2) VIP tickets to the 25th Anniversary performance of Mamma Mia! The Musical and one (1) overnight stay at the 100 Queensgate Hotel for one (1) winner of the competition (Recipient) and one (1) accompanying guest, in total two (2) persons.
The prize includes:
2 x VIP tickets to see Mamma Mia! on the 25th Anniversary performance on 6 April at 7.30pm
Interval drinks (One per person - house wine, beer or soft drink)
Overnight stay at the 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel, in Kensington, London SW7 5AG in either a twin or double room.
Meal in the hotels’ restaurant, Cento, to the value of £100 for both people, any additional cost beyond this to be covered by the winner.
The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above.
Items not included which are the responsibility of the Recipient and accompanying guests include: travel costs, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.
Moonpig accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the services supplied by third parties as part of the Prize.
The Prize is for the Recipient and up to one (1) guest of the Recipient’s choosing.
The Prize must be taken on Saturday 6 April 2024 for the 7.30pm performance only and no alternative date will be offered.
Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.
It is the Recipient and their guests responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.
Mamma Mia! The Musical is suitable only for those aged 5+.
The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
The Supplier reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of the theatre or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than one (1) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
By participating in the Promotion Recipients and their guest agree that they will be subject to standard Booking Terms and Conditions.
Moonpig reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Moonpig's control make it necessary to do so.
The Prize Draw Winner:
Moonpig will solely decide who the Prize Draw Winners shall be, and this decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. All Winners will be randomly selected by a random number generator (and this will be overseen by an impartial adjudicator) on or around 18.03.2024 (the “Announcement Date”).
Moonpig will announce the Winners by emailing Winners via the email address used to enter the prize draw (the “Prize Notification”).
Moonpig is required either to publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Moonpig may publish each Winner’s name (only first name and first initial of their surname) on Moonpig's Social Media Page on or after the Announcement Date.
If any Winner objects to any or all of its social media details and winning entry being published, that particular Winner must contact Moonpig via private message on Moonpig’s Social Media Page as soon as it receives the Prize Notification or via email to [email protected].
Notwithstanding the above, Moonpig must still provide the information and details of any and all winning entries and the Winners to the Advertising Standards Authority and any other regulatory or legal body upon reasonable request.
Claiming the Prize:
The Winner will have 3 (three) days from the date of the Prize Notification to claim the Prize, and to provide the information requested by Moonpig which shall include but is not limited to the postal address, phone number, and any other information reasonably required by Moonpig (the “Relevant Information”), using the method specified in the Prize Notification.
In the event the Winner does not wish to accept the Prize or fail to confirm their acceptance of the Prize or does not provide the Relevant Information for the purpose of delivering the relevant Prize within the timeframe stated in paragraph 1 of section F of these Terms, that Winner will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the Prize and shall have no recourse against Moonpig in any manner, including by not limited to in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize or Prize Draw. Moonpig shall then arrange for another eligible Participant to be selected in accordance with the process outlined in Section D of these Terms and this Participant shall be considered the Winner of the Prize Draw.
Under no circumstances may the Prize be claimed by a third-party on the Winner’s behalf.
Limitation of liability:
Insofar as is permitted by law, Moonpig, Shine Creative Solutions its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, particularly when it is caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or concealment of the Relevant Information by any Winner (deliberate or otherwise).
Paragraph 1 of section F of these Terms shall not apply where loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of Moonpig, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Moonpig may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any individual from participating in the Prize Draw.
Moonpig reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
Moonpig’s failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of its rights to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and all parties to these Terms and Conditions submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
